Patient comfort and dignity is enhanced by being able to sit on the couch in its two section configuration. Only after the couch has been raised to working height and the patient made comfortable need the leg section be removed to reveal the class beating lithotomy access and gynae tray.
Fold down arm loops (as shown in the picture) are recommended for enhanced patient comfort and security. Leg section wall storage bracket and storage trolley are now available.
The GP gynaecology plinth features electric variable height and electric tilting seat for improved patient positioning, along with extra thick upholstery for added patient comfort. There is also a cut away seat section for excellent access to the pelvic area. Standard features include breathing hole and stainless steel tray. The busy clinician may also wish to choose Gynaecology stirips or knee troughs (as shown) for optimum positioning.
