Description
The seca 203 measuring tape has been designed to simplify the measurement of body circumference and additionally calculate the patient's Waist-to-Hip (WHR) ratio.
WHR is an indirect method of determining the amount of fatty tissue in the abdomen and consequently the distribution of fat reserves. The Waist-to-Hip ratio allows conclusions to be drawn regarding the distribution of fat stores and thus can contribute to diagnoses.
